The Miracle Blanket

Got it off ebay for about $7 + shipping.

Might be the best investment of my life.

It works.  I start wrapping her up and she immediately calms down.  And when she falls asleep she sleeps for hours.  None of this jolting herself awake. 

I'm just in awe.

In fact I have to keep checking on her to make sure she's still the same baby.

This blanket just works.

The pictures are from the first time I put her in the blanket.  So she has this "what have you just put me in?" kind of expression.  But she fell fast asleep just a few minutes later.  Amazing!

Sleeping Baby?

 

Yes, she does sleep ;)  Last night she slept really well, only having her screamfest once, and then just sleeping and nursing the rest of the night.  We moved the pack n' play into the family room, so she is spending some time sleeping there during the day.  Caroline fights swaddling unless her swaddle is pretty firm....I just bought a miracle blanket off ebay, so hopefully it will help keep her in the swaddled position, and thus help her sleep better!  We're getting there!!!

Can  you believe it?  Time is already flying....or blurring....we are still in the newborn blur I think.  But here are some pictures of her at one month!
